Blower Cover (Dryer Housing), 1

This blower cover is the outer housing that directs airflow from the dryer blower assembly to the vent duct. It restores proper airflow routing and protects the blower wheel and motor area from debris and contact. What it does:

  • Channels warm air from the blower into the exhaust duct for efficient venting
  • Protects the blower wheel and motor from clothes, lint and foreign objects
  • Helps reduce rubbing or scraping noises caused by a loose or damaged housing
  • Can improve airflow-related symptoms like longer dry times or reduced exhaust flow
