The grill heating element is a 230-volt, 1500-watt radiant coil or surface element that generates intense direct heat for grilling or broiling food in your range or cooktop. It glows red-hot to sear and brown food from above or below depending on its position. Replace this element if it no longer heats up, heats unevenly, has visible breaks or burn spots, or causes your circuit to trip when in use.
This 1700W, 230V replacement heating element restores oven/grill heating for consistent broil and bake performance. It fits into the grill/broil cavity to provide direct radiant heat where the original element has failed. What it does:
