Motor Assembly (Synchronous)

This synchronous motor assembly drives the washer's rotating components, restoring proper agitation and spin so laundry cycles complete correctly. It replaces a failed drive motor to get noisy or non-spinning machines moving again. What it does:

  • Converts electrical input into smooth, timed rotational motion for the washer drive system
  • Enables agitation and spin functions so the tub rotates during wash and spin cycles
  • Stops intermittent or no-rotation symptoms caused by a failed motor
  • Eliminate humming, grinding, or lack-of-spin issues originating from the drive motor
What's included:
  • One synchronous motor assembly
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and water supply before starting any repair
  • Take a photo of wiring and bracket locations to aid reassembly; handle connectors gently
  • Secure mounting screws and check that the motor coupling and any belts are aligned per the service manual
