I purchased the entire valve after confirming with your online rep that I was ordering the correct part. I received the valve in 2 days removed the stem and inserted it directly into the existing burner valve. Perfect fit easy installation and burner works as it should. Used the advice found on appliancepartspro.com and ordered a new Spark Module. They said that this is a known issue with my particular model. LP gas conversion orifice kit for range top burners and oven. Includes orifices needed to convert from natural gas to propane. Essential hardware.
I removed the natural gas orífice for the top burners and the oven burner and then i set the regulator to work with LP gas. I removed the offices with a deep socket but on the front burners I had to lift the stove top up about an inch and held the assembly with a pair of channel locks because those orifices were on tight and I did not want to damage the bottom assembly by twisting them.
