Karen S Rosamond , CA November 04, 2015 Appliance: Whirlpool Gas Range WFG111SVQ0 Front burner on whirlpool gas stove did not work after lifting lid to clean After reading comments from customers who broke their stove while trying to clean under the top, I ordered the part. Remove grates, burners and then remove the little screws next to each burner. The lid will lift up. Wires are still there but not a problem. I used a stick to hold lid up while removing the Venturi, so I wouldn't damaged the wires. I changed out the orifice from my old part to the new part, since I have propane. Installed the new part but had it on backwards. Burner needs to fit in properly so the slots all have to go in the same direction. It took me a while to figure that out. Took the gas line out and turned the U shaped holder around. Installed it again and now it works. Thanks to APP and customers instructions, I fixed my stove.
