This is a replacement drive shaft used in pruners, trimmers, and pole saws. The drive shaft connects the trimmer head to the engine, and usually runs the length of the trimmer stem. Any straight stem or curved stem trimmer will use the drive shaft as the primary means of turning the head of the trimmer (where all the cutting is done). If the equipment is not spinning, the drive shaft may need to be replaced.This is a genuine OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually.
