He went over my problem with me, ordered me a refrigerator drain tube and a heating element. Not only did he order me the parts he sent me emails on how to repair it which was greatly appreciated. It also formed ice on the back of the compartment Searched the net and found all kinds of remedies. Some were not so great but finally watched the video by appliance parts pros. What a great instructional video! Ordered the parts and they, as promised had it at my door in Alaska. Installed the parts about 3 weeks ago and the fridge is doing great!
