I spoke to Michael B. He went over my problem with me, ordered me a refrigerator drain tube and a heating element. Not only did he order me the parts he sent me emails on how to repair it which was greatly appreciated. So I would like to thank Michael B for all his help, he went above and beyond to talk me through on how to do the repair.
