Charles G Fort Wayne , IN August 20, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG RS265TDRS When i tried to remove the evaporator panel to unfreeze the coils i broke it; be careful! Used a hair dryer to melt the ice but not the drain, put it back together and it worked for a few days then water came out the front on the defrost cycle. Took a hair dryer and applied heat to the drain tube on the back a couple days later I noticed the towel had dryed out, looked at the drain pan and it had water in; it hadn't before. Going to install the new cover the next time. It will take longer to take all of the drawers and shelves out than to install the cover.
