Calvin B Hartsville , SC January 09, 2017 Samsung refrigerator had a broken vegetable drawer rail I removed the broken rail saving the 2 Phillips head screws for installation of new drawer rail. Removal of the shelf above the drawers was required and was accomplished by pushing a button on the front of the shelf support. The installation was a snap and took about 10 minutes after removal of food items. The part was the correct one as verified by the model number on the inside of the refrigerator door. Peter E Golden Valley , AZ November 14, 2014 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG RF268ABWP Left side veg rail assy broken REPLACED. WHEN I RECEIVED THE NEW PART IT AS EASY TO SE HOW IT WAS INSTALLED. REMOVING GLASS ASSY WAS A SNAP. HOWEVER, I WOULD RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE 2 GLASS RETAINERS AS THEY ARE FLIMSY TO SAY THE LEAST. I WOULD NOT HAVE A PROBLEM NOW THAT I HAVE SEEN IT. IT WOULD BE GREAT IF THE MADE THEM OUT OF STEEL TO MAKE SURE THAT IT OULD NOT BREAK. I REMOVED ONE INTACT BUT IT BROKE DURING INTALLATION Read More...
