Nick E Derby , KS January 16, 2015 Broken vegetable rail Removed the bottom shelf by releasing the 2 clips near the water filter, then lifted the front of the shelf and slid it out. Removed 2 screws from the broken Vegetable Rail and replaced it with the new one. Slid the shelf back into place and locked it down into the clips. Done. Took longer to remove everything from the shelf than it did to fix it. Less than 5 minute repair. They were shipped in a reasonable time. Blain B Nephi , UT July 11, 2016 The slide mechanism which held the vegetable drawer had snapped in 1/2 I took out the old piece and installed the new piece. Had to remove 2 screws to take the old piece out. This is the 2nd time I have had to do this. Not sure why it keeps on breaking? Easy to fix Read More... THEY ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY! Surprised. Shelf was a piece of cake but the vegetable rail stumped us so we had to query the Internet for a video that told us to press the hidden tabs to release the glass shelf. Then easy going after that.
