Ross R Hanford , CA September 08, 2015 Was getting a dc code on samsung washer during spin cycle Changed all 4 damper rods that support the tub. Can't tell by just looking at them if there bad. Took them off and replaced them 1 at a time. Very easy to do. Was not sure if this was going to fix the error code or not but I haven't had a problem since. Patricia J Salt Lake City , UT October 06, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Washer WA484DSHAWR/A1-0001 My samsung washing machine would not complete the spin cycle it did not matter what the make up of the load was it would continue to kick back into a rinse cycle I fixed my problem by replacing all four dampers and the mems sensor. Replacing the dampers is an easy replacement process. This is the second time that I have replaced the dampers. At this time, I also replaced the mems sensor. Also an easy replacement process. It is located under the tub and is easy to access if you turn the machine on its side. I then releveled the machine. Don't rely on a level to do this. Do it by eye and observation of how the tub moves when it is spinning. My machine is level side to side but when a level is placed on it front to back, it reads that the front is higher than the back. Good Luck! Read More...
