Moisture Sensor Dryer Thermistor do not like a covering of Dust no electrical likes a layer of dust when its trying to sense. This condition was hard to find anything on internet which is why I'm commenting. Slow count down was due to Dual Dryer Elements and one was broken. The NO count down was due to covering of Dust all over all Sensors.
