Remove the dozen screws that hold the burners to the cook top. Use a thin scraper underneath the cooktop front edge and press in at the clips (2). Ease the cooktop up and unhook from the back and set it aside. Pull the stove forward, remove the power supply, and remove the upper cover for the back of the stove. Squeeze the spring clip at the burner igniter and remove, remove the igniter, unplug the igniter connection on the back of the stove, and remove the igniter wire set. Install in reverse order. 30 minutes will get you back to eggs and bacon on the grill.
