Disassembled the screen to check for any loose connections, water, etc. Put it all back together and nothing. Screen displayed fine but wouldn't register any touches. Realized I would have to buy the entire panel assembly. Found it at another site slightly cheaper but it was going to take 2 weeks for it to arrive. APP had it in stock and it arrive the next day. Installed the new unit and everything is working perfectly. One thing to note on the removal. There are two #2 phillips screws underneath on either side of the water/ice outlet. You only need to remove the one on the right, the other holds the speaker in and comes off with the unit. After that screw comes out you just need to yank it straight out. It feels like you're going to break something but it'll come. You'll need to use your knee or a helper to keep the door closed.

Popped out the old tray and slid in the replacement. Easy. I had tried to glue the underside of the broken tray several times but the repair never held so I decided to replace.the tray.

Replaced the shelf assembly. Perfect fit and function.
