Khac T Westford , MA February 12, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF448AAW/XAA The problem began with the "temperature sensor problem" error When I opened the rear cover and check the temperature sensor, I noticed the wire connection was damp. I dried it up with a hair dryer and it worked again for a few days. Then the problem came back. When I gone back to inspect the second time, i noticed a lot of water on the floor. I knew there was a leak. I followed the disassemble samsung washer video from "Repair clinic.com" to open the top cover, then i realized the assembly hose was busted. I ordered the parts from this site and it's up an running now with no problems. David S Rancho Santa Margarita , CA April 10, 2017 Upper nozzle connector leak during spin cycle I first tried fixing by replacing just the upper nozzle connector. That did not work, turned out the check valve ball and connector hose were bad, but you could not tell by looking at them. I decided to replace both the entire assembly that had both hoses, connectors and an entire be upper nozzle connector with check valve ball. If you have any problem with any part of the upper nozzle connector, I suggest you replace with this entire assembly to avoid multiple ordering of parts. It's also cheaper to just but the assembly than pay the individual cost of each part. This is an excellent product and works perfectly. Alejandra C Laredo , TX December 20, 2016 Te error The problem was a leak from a broken valve going from the dispenser drawer to the water intake. We were surprised other systems were not damaged, since it had been going on for a while but we didn´t notice the water under the washer, it´s in a enclosed space and it all ran to the back of the washer. The error comes up when the wires get wet enough to fail. Changing the entire hose with the broken valve takes maybe 10 minutes, it´s right under the top panel, just removed the screws on the back of the washer and popped it off. We didn´t even change the thermistor itself.Once the old wire dried off it worked fine, after we took care of the leak. We kept the new one in case the old one gives up later, but access to that is also super easy, just unscrewing the back panel off. Hardest part of it all maybe was moving the machine! Try taking a look into the washer before calling a repairman, if you have no warranty benefits anymore. Along with expedited shipping, the cost was under 45 bucks and took no time. With the help of online videos, it might be something you can fix yourself.
