Khac T Westford , MA February 12, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF448AAW/XAA The problem began with the "temperature sensor problem" error When I opened the rear cover and check the temperature sensor, I noticed the wire connection was damp. I dried it up with a hair dryer and it worked again for a few days. Then the problem came back. When I gone back to inspect the second time, i noticed a lot of water on the floor. I knew there was a leak. I followed the disassemble samsung washer video from "Repair clinic.com" to open the top cover, then i realized the assembly hose was busted. I ordered the parts from this site and it's up an running now with no problems. I could not see damage in the older upper nozzle, it is possible that I could have fixed this just by tightening the parts - but i am happy I purchased both the upper nozzle and check valve ball, it feels good to have installed brand new parts in the washer. John H San Antonio , TX June 20, 2020 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF448AAE/XAA Upper nozzle had a pinhole leak caused by excessive heat. Changed the three nozzle parts ( gasket had to be transferred since it is unavailable) No more leaks but steam function didn't work. Found steam nozzle mounted in the door seal and the tubing connecting it to the heater element was completely plugged up. Everything else was clean. Now steam works great.
