Douglas M Orange , TX December 27, 2015 Ice maker quit working Ordered a new unit and it was new in package as advertised. Removed two screws and plugged the new unit in. It worked immediately. One thing to consider if yiu have a similar problem with this model is to unplug the refrigerator and let the computer reset. In my case y The ice make needed to be replaced anyway, so no harm no foul. Customer service was great. No complaints. Michael M West Palm Beach , FL November 18, 2016 Ice maker was broken The repair took about ten minutes. I took out the ice cube holder. I removed two Phillips screws in the front of the ice maker. While holding the ice maker, I squeezed the plastic latch on the electrical plug at the top and unplugged it from the stationary plug in the top of the freezer. I reversed the steps and when complete, I pressed the reset button to cycle the ice maker. Job complete! Thanks Appliance Parts for getting the correct part to me the first time.
