Pete G Los Lunas , NM July 12, 2026 Knob broke Put a new knob. Backstory: Sears repairman ordered me a new knob which I never received, at least not after three weeks and still have not received it. I ended up paying over $300 dollars for that visit and still no knob. I tried numerous ways to get a live person at Sears Home Service to no avail. I’ll never use them again.
