Ian P Lake Forest , CA August 03, 2015 The power controll board had a short and melted I copied the model number located in the back of my washing machine. I looked around several sites but because its a newer model I was having trouble locating the part. I decided to call a sales associate to see if the part I needed was in stock and perhaps not listed and sure enough the part was in stock. The associate that helped me on the phone was very knowledgeable and the order could not have been smoother. I had the part overnighted for less cost than a competitor who wouldn't expedite and told me that it will take 10-12 days to arrive. I had the new board installed in 20 minutes and was back to doing laundry the same day.
