James M Klamath Falls , OR January 02, 2024 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF42H5200AW/A2-0000 Samsung washing machine drum would not rotate. Tried to start but would not. I found the service manual online and went through the troubleshooting steps. The motor windings checked out okay and the next step was replacing the control circuit board and motor inverter board. I found the parts easily on AppliancePartsPros.com and ordered them. They arrived a few days later, I installed them and the machine works like new. To troubleshoot this you need a basic volt/ ohm meter and the service literature, which you can find online. Thanks guys for getting me the correct parts quickly.
