They were very friendly and helpful. According to my complaints the inverter to the unit was bad. According to the other blogs the relay or inverter was the problem. The part arrived the next day. I installed it and presto it is fixed. Samsung repair people are so hard to find. This was an easy way to get the unit fixed. Thanks so much for your help.
