Joel V San Jose , CA September 12, 2015 8e2 Bought the new sensor. Tipped the washing machine on its back which made the sensor easy to access. Remove two screws unplug the sensor replaced it screwed it back in and I was done. 15 minute repair with a $50 part. To have the repair person even come to the house would have been $80 plus parts and labor evidentially a second visit. The repair was simple and quick and I would read it as a begin her handyman job. Patricia J Salt Lake City , UT October 06, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Washer WA484DSHAWR/A1-0001 My samsung washing machine would not complete the spin cycle it did not matter what the make up of the load was it would continue to kick back into a rinse cycle I fixed my problem by replacing all four dampers and the mems sensor. Replacing the dampers is an easy replacement process. This is the second time that I have replaced the dampers. At this time, I also replaced the mems sensor. Also an easy replacement process. It is located under the tub and is easy to access if you turn the machine on its side. I then releveled the machine. Don't rely on a level to do this. Do it by eye and observation of how the tub moves when it is spinning. My machine is level side to side but when a level is placed on it front to back, it reads that the front is higher than the back. Good Luck!
