Keith F Lancaster , OH November 18, 2019 Appliance: Model RF28HFEDBBC/AA (0002) Circulating fan in Samsung refrigerator was very noisy Unplugged refrigerator. Removed all shelves from the upper refrigerator cabinet. Using a flat blade screwdriver eased the back panel away from the cabinet. This gave me easy access to the circulating fan. Removed old fan with 2 screws, unplugged fan lead harness plug. Removed defective fan assembly. Installed replacement fan, reconnected lead harness plug, installed screws & tightened securely. Reinstalled back panel that snaps into place via cam bracket. Re-stalled all shelves. Plugged in the refrigerator. Everything worked properly & the circulating fan ran smoothly.
