I opened up the front panel of my washer when I discovered Concrete particles underneath the washer, through further investigation I discovered the screw on the left bottom of the weight was broken in half. I removed the weight drilled out the piece of the screw and then went online searching for the parts I needed! Parts availability were limited and outrageous in price for the weight since it needed to be replaced as well ! I discovered your website through my search because I wanted to find a place that had all parts I needed and not have to get parts from different places! Once I received the parts, I replaced them put my washer back together and have to say so far so good. It seems to be working fine even more smoother than when I first purchased the washer! I received all the parts within a week, which was great and I am so happy to have my washer back in working order! Everything fit perfectly!
