Karin M Camden , DE October 05, 2024 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF45R6100AC/US-01 One of the weights on my samsung front load washer cracked and also broke of one of the screws holding the weight on the bottom no code just loud banging noise! I opened up the front panel of my washer when I discovered Concrete particles underneath the washer, through further investigation I discovered the screw on the left bottom of the weight was broken in half. I removed the weight drilled out the piece of the screw and then went online searching for the parts I needed! Parts availability were limited and outrageous in price for the weight since it needed to be replaced as well ! I discovered your website through my search because I wanted to find a place that had all parts I needed and not have to get parts from different places! Once I received the parts, I replaced them put my washer back together and have to say so far so good. It seems to be working fine even more smoother than when I first purchased the washer!
