Richard Z Ransomville , NY April 30, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR - RS261MDWP Needed hinges for a fridge my son had store in his garage for about a year Order and received hinges and the parts for the doors that were lost. After plugging it in the open door chimes started and would not stop. I call appliance Parts customer service and tech Dept. They were very patient and helpful with my ordering the parts I needed and tried to get the chimes to stop. The People I talked to were very helpful and patient in trying to fix this problem. Even though I'm have to have a service person come to look at it, I will use Appliance Parts again first should I have a problem. Parts arrived quickly and were the correct parts that I needed. Larry C North Chesterfield , VA April 04, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RS2578BB/XAA Door cam risers were completely shot and refrigerator door would not open or close properly I wish all repairs were this easy and inexpensive! I followed the directions on the video from the website and in a short time it was done and the door works like new. Emptying the refrigerator door and cleaning the shelves took longer than actually replacing the parts. Before I ordered, I did chat with the support folks on the website to confirm that both the lower and upper cam risers are identical. Glad I ordered 2 as both existing ones were little more than smears of rubber.
