Kristine H Duluth , MN October 20, 2018 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RFG297AARS/XAA The tiny white knob broke off of top of french door small center piece and the center hinge was cracked I ordered the French door housing, the new piece has a solid raised curved part that enters the guide, and a new center hinge. I watched both repair videos shown on appliance parts Pro. It looked pretty simple, so I got my 2 screw drivers and unplugged the refrigerator and started. The hardest part was removing the upper and lower hinges. The video didn’t show how he got them loose, after several minutes of frustration I figured out how to release the hinge. The new parts installed really easy, I couldn’t get the white caps on center hinge to stay back in place, but this doesn’t affect any functions. Repair took less than 30 minutes, cost only $35 for parts with expedited shipping. Saved a lot of money on repair bill. Josephine A Midkiff , WV December 10, 2018 French flap guide had wore off the housing New flap housing with a new spring and the new replaceable guide. I didn't know the screw to hold the guide to the housing and forgot to add the spring bushing to my cart during checkout.
