Donald H Cumberland , MD January 10, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF-J1254/XAA-0000 Samsung front load washer was seriously vibrating and walking badly during spin cycle washer was given to me but was what i considered to be very new condition Using the internet to search for possible causes and what could be done to fix it .most stories pointed to replacing the shock dampers. Called Appliance Pros and they had the parts in stock and very well priced. Thought I would try this fix first due to the parts being realatively inexpensive. Parts arrived very quickly through standard shipping. The shocks were very easy to install and now I have a pretty much new upright washer for alittle time and around 50$ bucks. I have dealt with Appiiance Pros in the past and they have saved me quite a few dollars on repairing the units myself. They also have a great technical support team and diagrams which are very helpful. Thanks Appliance Pros. Happy wife happy life.
