Joseph H Hudson , FL August 19, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF210ANW/XAA Torn door diaphragm and slow filling Now I have a Samsung WF210ANW/XXA front loading washer that is about 4 years old...and it was a basic washer without any frills...So about 2,000 washes later I had some problems...The rubber door diaphragm had ripped and the water flow to fill was slow. Ordered the diaphragm at a great price, and to my surprise, got it a couple of days later...I had used the "help online chat" to make sure I got the correct part... Same thing happened with the hot and cold water valves...a couple of days later I received them... Installed them and the washer is working like new... For installation instructions, you might have to spend a little time on the site to get just the "right" info, but it is there. It would take me too long to give you the details about how great my experience was with dealing with this company, especially the "on line help" person, but take the word of a do-it-yourself guy....they saved me a lot of aggravation. Took a bit longer as my washer had some differences from the video I was watching but it helped to figure out the process.
