Germano R Tamarac , FL July 16, 2017 Appliance: Samsung Refrigerator RS255BASB/XAA The whole ice reservoir froze one piece of block ice because the ice maker stop leaver broke inside and did not stop making ice the only way to remove it was to chopped the ice away and remove it Had to replace the icemaker head because the arm was broken and the ice cube tray had cracked in half by the frozen ice.
