Reed B Riverton , UT December 15, 2014 Appliance: Samsung Dryer DV337AGG/XAA-0000 My samsung dryer stopped working the drum would not turn It was an easy disassembly of the dryer to access the interior working parts. Upon inspection I found the dryer belt shredded and laying in the bottom of the cabinet. I also decided to use my ohm checker to check all thermostats, switches, etc. while the unit was open and parts were accessible. The on line videos were extremely helpful. I ordered the parts I needed to ship overnight (our laundry was piling up and everyone complained they didn't have clean clothes to wear so I needed he parts ASAP). Parts were very well priced. Overnight shipping was as much a the parts. I followed the video to install the belt and realized the tensions pulley also came off its shaft so I went to the local hardware store for a circling to hold the pulley wheel in place. When the belt and light bulb came in the very next day, he again went on U-Tube and repaired it and reassembled it. It works beautifully. Thank you for the promptness in shipping the parts!!
