Paul K Dayton , TX November 04, 2017 Ran for 5 to 7 seconds and stopped. I researched the issue on You tube and found out it could be either the "belt broke switch" or the Moisture sensor. A friend who was an appliance mechanic advised "since you have to take it all apart anyways, its best to replace the belt, spring, and Idler wheel" I bought the 5 item for $52. I watched the video on the AppliancePartsPros for changing out the belt and I replace all items on the list. Took 1 1/2 hrs and was fixed on restart!! * Wear gloves, the sheet metal is very sharp edges!* Read More... 47 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Screwdrivers

The NO count down was due to covering of Dust all over all Sensors. Yes I bought 2 new sensors while dryer disassembled and consider down time the additional $20 well spent Read More... 15 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Screwdrivers, Socket Set

Cedrick H Houston , TX September 28, 2018 Appliance: Samsung Dryer DV393ETPAWR/A1-0000 Samsung dryer error TE and HE First it started with a complaint (couple of months) the the dryer would stop minutes before the cycle was complete. Then the Samsung Dryer TE and HE displayed error. Saw the best video on how to change the thermistor on this site! Wasn't sure if that was my issue.I had chat with Samantha, who diagnosed the error, sent me an email with the service repair manual to confirm. It could have been 1 of 3 parts got express shipping. But given the very good prices, and that the unit would be disassembled, I decided to buy all three and replace them all. Watched the step by step and plugged it back in. Problem Resolved!!! PS:I used a drill driver instead of a screw driver. I even bought the lint and coil cleaner for 7.50 free shipping. All for about 67.99 for the price of a $250.00+ repair One of the Best online experiences, EVER!!!
