I removed the fan and inspected it and realized when I turn the shaft by hand it has resistance and doesn't turn easy. I ordered the fan and replaced it, it fixed the problem. Read More... My older model has a different harness connector spacing than the electrical connector on the replacement motor, so I made a couple of short jumper cables. Took 10 - 15 minutes or so, including a bit of file work. Once that was done James B's protocol is, IMHO, perfect. It's a super easy fix, electrical mods excepted.
