Ken S Dothan , AL February 09, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Electric Range NE595N0PBSR/AA-0001 Oven not heating correctly taking too long to heat Changed out the Fan. Oven turns all heaters on to quickly get to temperature - the sensor probe is next to the broil heater - it quickly senses the broil element heat and claims a false oven temperature and "reaches" set temperature at the sensor probe. Changing the fan causes the air to circulate during this time - so the entire oven heats up. The Fan is supposed run in Bake mode during heat up. The Fan blade nut is a left hand thread - turn CCW to tighten and Clockwise to loosen - RIGHTY LOOSEY, LEFTY TIGHTY .. Richard B Carmel , ME March 24, 2018 Appliance: Samsung Range Electric NE59J7630SW/AA Convection fan motor very noisy Our Samsung range is just over two years old. It started making a horrible noise. After looking at various You Tube videos, I concluded it must be due to a bad convection fan motor. I replaced it, and ended the noise. I was going to replace the fan as well, but the one I ordered was so badly bent upon arrival, I put the old one back in the oven. I should also comment on the condition of the box that the motor came in. It was punctured in several places where the motor had rattled around; no packaging material at all - part from Thailand . Today, I'm going to get an oven thermometer to see if the sensor in the oven is working properly. Baked bread is not browning for some reason. It wasn't browning much prior to the fan fix, so I may have two problems. Andrew S Huntersville , NC March 06, 2022 Appliance: Samsung Electric Free Standing NE59M4320SS/AA-00 My convection fan wouldn't work. About a week before it stopped working it made a noise. The noise was if it was struggling to move then it stopped. I replaced the fan motor. I also bought a new fan blade and cap. I probably didn't need a new fan but thought it will be quieter than using the old one and I was right. I did not need the cap as the motor came with a new one. YouTube how to replace the fan for this model and a video shows up. The videos show people taking the door off but you don't need to. If you have some flexibility to reach in the oven. Pretty easy job. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers, Socket Set
