Tracy V Monte Vista , CO August 11, 2018 Appliance: Samsung Dryer DV42H5000GW/A3-0000 The idler wheel on my 2 year old samsung dryer disintegrated away from the assembly arm Used the dryer drum belt repair video from the Appliance Parts Pros website to disassemble enough of the dryer to diagnose the broken idler wheel. This took about 30 minutes. During this process, also noted the the lint cover was broken and the spring was missing. Ordered replacement parts including a new dryer drum belt. Received the dryer drum belt and the idler assembly on the 3rd business day following my order. Used the repair video to walk me through the repair process.
