William E Flowery Branch , GA December 06, 2019 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF365BTBGWR/A2-01 Washer would walk all over the room during spin cycle Only run 2 loads through after the repair, but I fixed it by replacing all suspension components. I replaced the 2 front shocks, the 2 rear shocks (different part number), and the 2 springs. I followed the repair video and it was close enough for the whole job to be done in an hour. The inner drum is not sloppy inside the outer drum so just changed shocks and springs. Old rear shocks definitely had an inch + of stroke without damping. Probably didn't need the spring change.
