Found a video on line to help explain how to remove and replace the PCB. It did require some removal of the blower to access the vent and connection point. The tricky part was threading the new PCB harness. I first tried cleaning the keyboard, but since the unit is a bit on the old side, keyboard & bezel did not come loose easily, and got damaged in the process. So I ended up replacing the keyboard-circut board along with the raised buttons and a new bezel. It took some time (and lots of patience!) to remove old keyboard- biggest pain was figuring out how to loosen “lock nut” that keeps keyboards wire harness and plug secure in receptacle box- after that, was just a matter of carefully installing new keyboard- and replacing a few of the metal screws along the way Read More...
