I first tried cleaning the keyboard, but since the unit is a bit on the old side, keyboard & bezel did not come loose easily, and got damaged in the process. So I ended up replacing the keyboard-circut board along with the raised buttons and a new bezel. It took some time (and lots of patience!) to remove old keyboard- biggest pain was figuring out how to loosen “lock nut” that keeps keyboards wire harness and plug secure in receptacle box- after that, was just a matter of carefully installing new keyboard- and replacing a few of the metal screws along the way
