This is a small flat washer used in the washing machine's suspension system. It sits between the suspension components to reduce friction and absorb vibration during the spin and agitation cycles. This is a gray and white plastic control knob used on a dryer to select cycle settings or timer positions. It attaches to the control shaft on the front console panel.
