I order the parts I needed late on Wednesday and they were delivered early on Saturday. I watched their self help video on how to replace the parts...

F02 fail to drain repeated suds warnings John C. • Eagle River , AK • February 18, 2019
Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). The water standing in the tub when I emptied it the first time had very little suds but we kept getting the SUDS warning. ...

This clamp secures a flexible appliance hose to a fitting to help prevent leaks and keep connections tight. It's a small but essential part that restores a proper seal on water or drain lines. What it does:
- Holds a hose firmly to a tailpiece, barb or connector to reduce leaks and hose slippage
- Helps stop intermittent dripping or pooling caused by loose hose connections
- Restores a proper seal after hose replacement or maintenance
- Works on common appliance water/drain lines where this clamp style is used
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power and shut off water to the appliance before starting any work
- Allow the appliance and hoses to cool if recently used; use gloves and eye protection
- Use appropriate pliers or a screwdriver (depending on clamp style) to remove and install the clamp; avoid over-tightening
