Troubleshooting was non-trivial. After determining the front-panel switch was not the problem, had to pull the unit out of the countertop slot, pull the top of the stove off to get to the relay area. Then swapped wires between suspected faulty relay and a relay that was still 'clicking' to confirm the fault. Then put everything back together so we could eat until receipt of the new part. I did not bother to troubleshoot the original parts. After 20 years I figured that I should just replace them both. The hardest part of the repair was determining how to access the control panel. Once that was done, it was merely a matter of 5 minutes to swap out the parts. The relay simply screwed in.
