I looked around for a replacement but not sure of what I needed or how to fix the problem. I found your website and submitted a question for what I needed. I got a response in less than 24 hours. I ordered it and with in 1 1/2 week got my replacement bulb, in a VERY secure packing. My brother was able to change the bulb and my elderly mother was SSSSOOOO thrilled because it worked right.
