I replace the water inlet valve in my refrigerator about 8 months ago. About a week ago, the old plastic water line broke. Inspected the Defrost timer and it seamed to be functioning properly. Ohm ed out the defrost heater element and it also measured out correctly (mine 34 ohms). Bypassed the heater element and found that the unit would run without tripping breaker during defrost cycle.
