I took 11 year old washer apart, by watching step by step instructional video on this site. Found the problem & order the part (inner tub,shaft & spider). It's a shame you can't just order the spider, because the stainless steel tub & shaft were still perfectly good. Apparently, this is the manufactures way of making money. This small pin helps align and position the washer's front or top panel during assembly and operation. It ensures proper alignment between panels and maintains structural integrity. Replace this part if panels are misaligned, the washer vibrates excessively, or there are gaps between panels.
Remove the detergent drawer by pressing the release in the rear of the drawer. Located slot for magnet and placed magnet is slot. Magnet clips in place. Replaced detergent drawer and ran washer! Read more
