Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it. Just replaced the things. Had to reuse old tine rows, rollers, the spray arm, etc., i.e. I removed 'em from the old racks and put on the new ones, but that was piece of cake. Also, I cleaned the food grinder and the discharge valve compartment (thank you very ???? ???? much, Internet), so spray arms around the top rack get enough water pressure now. I didn't have to buy any parts for the latter part of this little repair project, though. Read more

Funny, my husband did it. We have a service contract but you know how long that still takes. So he found the part at the bottom of the dishwasher and it had a number on it. He went to your site and and found the part. Yes it was a little cheaper else where like everything else but what the other sites didn't have he said was the video on how to do it. Ordered front panel and panel control. Also ordered name plate (did not need) front panel already has it. My husband and I had it switched out in approx 10 minutes. Took longer to gather proper tools than it did to do the repair. Looks awesome and original! Read more
