Gerald S York , PA February 02, 2016 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDE70FXPA3 Kitchenaid dishwasher top rack falling apart Ordered numerous replacement parts. Started with the tracks which required pulling the washer out of the cabinet to reach the screws. Pushed it back in and re-secured. Then stared on the rack and replaced the rack adjusters and various clips. Everything is straight forward and easy to replace. I originally called a local repair place to have them repair it. They came out and said they needed to order parts and they would call back. A week went by and I followed up with them. Had to leave a message for a call back and to this day never got the call back. So I decided to do the repairs myself. I ordered the parts from AppliancePartsPro from the easy to read diagram. I placed the order at 2:43PM on a Friday and received the parts at 12:23PM the next day. Less then 24 hrs! and I only paid for regular shipping. What more could you ask for! Great experience. Monty S Hillsborough , NC July 08, 2015 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDS30FXSS4 Broken wheel on upper tray I got the adjuster kit that replaced the defective plastic piece with a solid metal piece. The kit is very good but did not require any other clips that used to be necessary on the older piece as well as this kit replacing both sides. The instructions were very helpful although the pictures not of great quality to see some of the detail. Once I figured out how to do one side, the other side went very quickly. No extra tools required for this. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
