I want to thank you. I was convinced that I needed a new run capacitor until talking to your rep on the phone. After describing the symptoms he suggested that I needed a new relay. He gave me info on how to meter the cap and it checked out fine. I ordered the new relay it has fixed the problem. The old one was definitely shot as I could hear it guts rattle around after I removed it. Now I don't need to buy a new freezer. That makes me happy. Thank you! Read more
I replaced the bearing about 7 years ago, so I was somewhat familiar with how to do it. This time around, it was pretty easy. The repair video is excellent and will guide you through exactly what you need to do. Read more
Replaced the Idler Pulley, which I think was the problem, but also replaced the bearing the tub rotates on and the belt while I was going to have the dryer apart anyway (and I used the high Temp Lubricant on the bearing.) Watching the repair video was helpful so I didn't run into any surprises. Read more
