My gas & Carbon Monoxide alarm went off at 6:30 am a couple of Saturday's ago. Had to call fire dept. and gas company. Gas company found a leak in the area of my gas cooktop. They turned off gas and locked the meter. Found the leak & fixed, but while running pressure test on the line, found a leak at the shutoff valve on water heater. Fixed that, called gas company. I looked around for a replacement but not sure of what I needed or how to fix the problem. I found your website and submitted a question for what I needed. I got a response in less than 24 hours. I ordered it and with in 1 1/2 week got my replacement bulb, in a VERY secure packing. My brother was able to change the bulb and my elderly mother was SSSSOOOO thrilled because it worked right. It was a little tricky. I watched a video it helped a little . Took the door apart, that was the easy part, BUT putting it back, could not remember sequence of parts. I would suggest take a picture of each piece as you remove them that would help. Read more
