This screw is used to secure the handle end cap to the center of the door. The screw size measures 8-18 x 1/2 inches.
This was actually one of the easiest fixes I’ve done. All that was required was to remove 3 screws to remove the broken part. I used a pair of pliers to remove the moisture sensors from the broken part to the new one. Read more

Simple. Just pulled out the old and popped in the new. Rangetop looks much better, though grates and burner rings (no longer available) could use repainting with heat resistant enamel or some other treatment. Read more

Loved the hot plate so as long as it was just me and my husband, I was all right with the lack of a cook top. Gas stove spark ignition electrode includes retaining clip for mounting.
Sealed burner gas cooktop has to be removed from the counter top in order to disassemble. This means disconnecting the gas line. To disassemble the unit you will have to remove the gas line regulator. Once the unit is separated you will see the spark module. I replaced the module. Note: Because the new module has been updated from the original it does look different. I suggest you put the new module along side the old taking one wire at a time from the old to the new. Shut off the gas and electric. Then removed the screws from the bottom the cover easily fell off. Gently pulled the wire and the clamp off the igniter, replaced the old igniter with the new, put the wire and clamp back. Plugged the cook-top and switched the gas on. And wallah it worked! For us it was a two man job because of the weight of the wooden shelf underneath our cook-top set up, But if your set up underneath is clear it is a one person job, but much easier to have someone there to help...
